Ground Breaking News

After almost two years of planning, negotiations, permit applications, waiting out COVID, and many other obstacles, ground was broken

on Cottrell’s new North Campus expansion property in early March, 2022.  Tree removal, grading, bridge and building construction will now

progress rapidly with production to start ramping up by August 2023.  

This is an exciting step for Cottrell and the Cottrell community which will ensure continuous value for our loyal customers for decades to come.
