How should my tractor be set up when picking up a Cottrell high mount trailer?

The center of the 5th Wheel needs to be located in the center of the Rear Axle in order for the rear of the tractor to clear the bulkhead of the trailer when making a turn. Below is a diagram showing the requirements to pull our high mount trailers.
